Processing Time

We strive to ship all orders within 5 business days. This means that once you confirm your order, it gets processed and shipped out within that timeframe. Remember, weekends—specifically Saturday and Sunday—do not count as business days.

Shipping Days

Currently, we ship on Mondays and Thursdays. This two-day schedule lets us manage shipping effectively. If you place an order on a Friday, it will be processed the following Monday.

By operating on specific days, we can better coordinate with our shipping logistics, leading to more accurate delivery times. Typically, you can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 7 days after shipping, depending on the destination.

Shipping Carrier

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all our shipments. This choice ensures reliable and efficient service. USPS covers over 160 million delivery points, which means your package has a good chance of being delivered on time.

Free Shipping Offer

To enhance your shopping experience, we provide free shipping on all orders over $100. This is a chance for you to save on costs while stocking up on your favorite items.

Once your cart reaches the $100 threshold, free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. For instance, if you buy a few products totaling $120, you won’t have to pay any shipping fees.

Local Pickup Options

For customers who prefer collecting their orders in person, we offer an easy local pickup option. You can select a day and time that suits you best to retrieve your order.

If you realize you might be late, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to hold your order and ensure it’s still ready for you when you arrive.

Rescheduling Pickup

Life can be unpredictable, and plans often change. If you are unable to make it on the scheduled pickup day or time, simply email us. We understand circumstances arise, and we may be able to arrange a better time for you to collect your order.

Final Sale Policy

Please keep in mind that all sales are final. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase. However, if an issue arises, such as receiving the wrong item, notify us within 24 hours.

Knife Sharpening

  1. Mail Order all year round.
  2. Turnaround is 5 business days. Weekends do not count. Rush Service is 3 Business Days and is an additional $5.00.
  3. We do not guarantee same-day service but do guarantee that your knives will be ready within 5 business days or 3 business days with rush service.
  4. Your final cost will be added up and noted on your invoice, and it must be paid at the time of pickup or before we ship the knives back.
  5. Unless otherwise stated, all blades with Nicks, Chips, Broken tips, etc. will be fixed and charged according.
  6. We will email or text you a quote for the sharpening/repair service. If you approve the quote, then please email or text us back with approval. If you don’t agree, please email/text us to let us. We will then return your knives to you. 
  7. All shipping costs are on the customer. TOG Farms will not be responsible for any shipping cost and please note that you should include insurance on your packages mailed to TOG Farms. 
  8. If you do not pick up your knives within 30 days they are now the property of TOG Farms. Please note after 14 days we charge a $10.00 Storage fee. Mail order clients if the invoice isn’t paid in 30 days your knives will become property of TOG Farms and after 14 days of the invoice being sent and not paid then you will be charged a $14.00 storage fee.
  9. If you would like a copy of your invoice before pickup, please note it on your order form and we will email a copy to you. Mail order clients will have an invoice sent before shipping your knives back to you.
