Peach and Tomato Salad

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

5-6 medium ripe peaches, pitted and cut into wedges

24 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup pecan halves, toasted

1/2 cup fresh basil

In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, salt, and black pepper. Add peaches, tomatoes, red onion, cheese, and pecans. Mix until coasted. Top with torn basil.

Serve immediately.
